Welcome to the apartment Eny, Where the mountain air mixes with the sea air, there is our modern and contemporary furnished apartment of approx. 50m.² It is equipped with one bedroom, bathroom, living room with integrated kitchen and balcony. It is ideal for couples or small families. The apartment has air conditioning that can be used as heating. In the living room there is an extra sofa bed. Parking is possible in front of the building or opposite the building. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity as well as two large grocery stores, a bakery and a bank. Split Airport is about an hour's drive away. Makarska is a 10-minute drive away. To the right of the building is a street that leads you directly to the beach and the city center. Long sandy beaches, crystal clear sea, good restaurants, fun for children, young and old ... are a guarantee for an unforgettable stay in Baska Voda.

Payment and terms

Reservation of accommodation with an advance payment of up to 20% of the total amount (Westen Union or to a bank giro account). The rest of the payment no later than 14 days before arrival at the apartment. We are sending a written confirmation of reservation (voucher). Prices in the price list are based on 7 nights and two guests. Extra bed, guest 12 €, children up to 12 years 10 € per night. Prices for 3 and less nights increase by 30% Discount for 7 and more nights by arrangement. (We do not grant a discount in July and August) Upon arrival we ask for a deposit of 150 € which we will refund upon departure if there is no damage. Check In 14h - 20h Check out 10h
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

The deposit is refunded to the guest if they cancel the accommodation 30 days before arrival. Short cancellation of the reservation is charged in the amount of the advance payment.

In addition to the free parking space, we have provided our esteemed guests with free wi-fi as well as the possibility of using the barbecue (grill). The apartment is equipped with standard appliances and supplies (air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, various spices and oils, etc., ..) everything you need for a pleasant stay with us. If you come to Split airport we offer transportation to our apartment with a minimum fee, Contact us about it.

She stayed in the apartment during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Extremely satisfied. I put cleanliness and equipment first. It has everything for a pleasant stay in winter and summer. We were warm and comfortable, and during the day we could enjoy the balcony and barbecue. I'm back for the summer too!
