Rented in a quiet street with no noise apartment in Selce 32, 97 m2 (inner space) 8 m2 (closed balcony), which can be opened at all times. Apartment is about 400 m away from the sea 7 - 10 min. easy walk. Great insulation of the whole house for what it is pleasant to stay in it. There is parking in front of the house. The apartment consists of a hallway with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room of a closed balcony about 8 m2 with a sea view, which can be opened at the moment. The apartment is fully furnished. Protection: anti-theft system alarm system in case of fire and burglary, entrance door to pin. Studio apartment Neptun is located on the southwest side.

Payment and terms

The minimum is six nights, and the reservation is made by paying 30% of the cost of the agreed overnight stays to the owner's giro account. Amount of agreed number of overnight stays is payable upon arrival. On the day of departure, you are required to leave the accommodation unit until 10:00 am to be cleansed and prepared for other guests arriving after you and have the right to enter at 14:00. . The object you are hired is obliged to leave it in the condition you found on the day of arrival - neat and undamaged.

exquisitely

Great location and super furnished and clean, everything looks like in the pictures. The balcony is beautiful, a real pleasure to spend the evening watching the sunset. I would definitely recommend to visit.

Nice, quiet and comfortable

The facility is the same as shown in the pictures, location in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The facility is clean, tidy and regularly maintained. The host is kind and willing to help. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the center of Selce and the beach, which is great. I would certainly recommend lodging to a friend or anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place for a summer vacation.

Quiet and pleasant holiday

Apartment identical looks like the pictures, nice and modern, with lots of nice details, very neat and comfortable to stay. Very functional terrace that provides a pleasant flow of sea air and sea, but also protects it from possible rain and direct sunlight. The apartment and its location offers a real vacation after which the man returned home rested and happy. We enjoyed every day. Thank the owner to the kindness and courtesy. Again!
