The apartment house ŠTIZ-BETINA is located directly next to the sea with an arranged stone beach, where you can use beach chairs and large umbrellas for free. If you come with a boat, we have the possibility of launching and mooring for the boat and parking for the trailer. The house is located in Betina on the island of Murter, 1.5 km from the center, the old town, shops, cafes, restaurants and the main town beach. The island of Murter is connected by a drawbridge, which is raised twice a day, and is easily accessible by car. We offer six apartments (2+2) and four studios (2+1). The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, free WIFI, toilet with shower, flat-screen satellite HDTV and have a beautiful view of the sea and the garden. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a welcome drink. From 2023, we have luxuriously furnished apartment number 12 for four people (2+2).

Payment and terms
The tourist tax is included in the price. Surcharge: dog (only small breeds) 5 € / night. Arrival time: 2 pm. Departure time: 10 a.m. In order to secure your reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total cost of accommodation is required. The advance guarantees your reservation. You don't have to look for a beach where you can swim, because we have an organized beach directly in front of the house. The beach is decorated with natural stone, and you can use beach chairs and large umbrellas for free. There is fine sand in the sea suitable for entering the sea. Next to the beach there is a large garage with a toilet, where you can store your equipment (sup, windsurfing boards, airsoft...). Parking for your car and boat trailer is next to the house inside the fenced yard. On our beach, you can launch a boat (up to 7 m) into the sea and moor it to the shore.
