The family house is located in a quiet part of town, bordering the beach Punta Rožica, first row to the sea. The beach is 10 meters. Suitable for families with children. The beach is also suitable for non-swimmers. 1st and 2nd floor for rent. We live on the ground floor which we do not rent. We have 6 apartments and one double room with bathroom and separate kitchen. Nearby are markets, fast food, restaurants, all within 200 meters. Parking is provided as part of the accommodation. Pets are allowed in some accommodation units at a surcharge of EUR 5 per day.

The advance payment is 30 percent of the total amount of the reservation. It is paid into a foreign currency giro account or in kuna, depending on the currency in which you pay the advance. Arrival time is from 1 pm and departure time is until 10 am.
