Unique apartment. 20 meters from the sea. Private parking (2 cars) and private entrance to the beach, which is 50 meters away. The apartment is the only one with air conditioning in this bay, and guests can use free WiFi, 2 e-bikes and 2 SUPs - On the terrace there is also an outdoor shower with a view of the sea. This ad includes 2 separate apartments - included in the price. The first is a larger apartment of 40m2 with two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed and a pull-out couch for one adult or two younger children), kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second is a studio in the basement (about 10 m2) with a bunk bed, bathroom and extra bed. The apartments were newly built in 2018. The apartments are completely self-sustaining and powered by solar panels. The apartment is connected to another identical apartment that our family uses and that is not rented out. You will be the only guests and you will have a separate entrance to the beach. The beach of Vela Farske is slightly cut and one of the rare pearls of the island of Brač.

Payment and terms
Check in is at 15:00 and check out is at 10:00. LJeti is extremely crowded at the ferry port in Split, so expect to arrive at the port of Split up to 60 minutes before the ferry's departure. We recommend that you arrive at your destination while the sun is shining so that you can familiarize yourself with the apartment and its contents. The last 1 km of the road is macadam, which I maintain, but we advise you to drive slowly and carefully. The road to the apartment and the parking lot is narrow, but wide enough for a larger SUV to pass. Since there are no shops nearby, most of our guests do their shopping before arriving at their destination in Split or Supetar. The nearest store is in Bol, but NOTE the road along the sea to Bol requires an off-road vehicle or an extremely skilled driver, definitely don't go that way if you come with a low or sports car. The electricity comes from the solar system and the use of your own devices that consume a lot (500W+) is not allowed. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 1/3 of the full amount, and the rest is paid to the same account 3 weeks before arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
A refund of the advance payment is possible if the reservation is canceled within 7 days from the date of the reservation and payment of the advance payment. Refund of the advance payment is not possible if the advance payment was made 3 weeks or earlier than the agreed arrival.
