Detailed description

Between the blue of the clear and warm sea and olive groves and mountain peaks is a small picturesque village Brist. It was created for an unforgettable vacation with your family, while geographically ideal for excursions to Split, Dubrovnik, Mostar, Medjugorje, Hvar, Korcula, the Peljesac ... At 70m from the beach, overlooking the sea, there is a house with a garden lined in hand stone work. With a glass of red wine can experience unforgettable sunsets, see the dolphins and spend a perfect holiday in one of eight comfortable apartments. Guests can use the fireplace in the courtyard and a small boat with oars, and the children will make our society pets: a family of turtles in the flower garden. Each apartment has its own parking space, and some apartments have washing machines and dishwashers. The house is located along the 16 km long promenade through the entire riviera Gradac, which is close to home (50-500m) are restaurants and taverns, supermarkets, olive oil tasting and cocktail bar. Payment and terms
The price includes the use of the apartment with all the equipment (towels, bedding, kitchen utensils), parking for one car per apartment, wireless internet and air conditioning. To confirm reservation it is necessary to make a down payment of 30% of the total booking, the rest the same day of arrival. Check-in: 14: 00h. Check-out: 10: 00h. By convention, the possible arrival before 14: 00h. Tourist tax € 1 euro per person per day. Children under 12 years do not pay. Upon arrival at the apartment there is a chance to ask a security deposit of € 100 which returns the last day of stay if there is no damage in the apartment.
