Our house is located on the island of Čiovo, 10 minutes drive away from the center of the historic town of Trogir and only 15 minutes drive away from the nearest airport. The house is located on the south side of the island of Ciovo and is located near the small and warm cove which is 30 meters away from the house itself. Close to the house, 50 meters away, there is parking. At 200 meters there is also the first shop and restaurants. The house consists of three floors. On each of these three there is one apartment. The smallest, Kyara apartment is intended for three people. Apartment Petra has a capacity of 4 2, while apartment Ivan has capacity for 4 persons. All three apartments have a wonderful view of the sea. The garden area occupies a garden area with lemon and mandarin groves, a stone walled large garden with a fireplace and a swimming pool, and a modern sunbathing area around it. The pool is illuminated at night and its usage is not particularly charged.

Payment and terms
Payment is made in two parts. The first part is the payment of the reservation which amounts to 30% of the total amount to our account which we will give you in private lettering. The second part is done by paying the rest of the sum on our account upon arrival. Ideal arrival time is after 14:00. The ideal time to depart is until 10:00.
Residential tax is included in price.

Extra offer
The use of air conditioners is not particularly charged as well as the use of a garden fireplace for barbecues or pekks. All of our guests are welcomed warmly in the form of fresh home-made fruit or welcome drinks, while waiting for them is a positive surprise that they do not forget us.
