The apartment has a large garden. Located only 800 m from the beach where there are two cafes and a water park for children and other facilities. There are two shops within 300 m from the apartment, while the distance to the first restaurant is 400 m. hands. The apartment has six beds on 60 m2 with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room. The apartment also includes a beautiful terrace of 20m2.

Payment and terms

The listed prices are for Apartment (A4 2) with sojourn tax included. Eco fee is charged extra 0, 15 eur / day / person. The reservation is made by paying an advance payment of 30% of the total rental price (within 24 hours of receipt of the Offer), and the difference to the full price must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. The amount of the deposit can be paid: ON-LINE by credit / debit card. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, 10% is retained, 30 - 15 days before arrival 30%, 14 - 0 days before arrival of 100% advance payment. Non-appearance of 100% advance payment. Deposit in the amount of 100 EUR. Children under 3 years are not charged for the extra bed. Pets only on request, 5 EUR / day.
