Family house with 5 apartments (2AP: 2 or 2 +1, 2 AP: 4 or 4 +1.1 AP: 5 or 5 +1), in a quiet and attractive location near the center of town (5min.) and beach (3-4min ), with private parking. The apartments are spacious (40m2-80m2), have air conditioning, internet, balcony and terasu.Apartmani on the 2nd floor overlooking the more.Apartmani on the mezzanine are located in the garden with lots of greenery and flowers. The yard is a table-tennis, boćališće, swing, barbecue, shower, outdoor tables to eat. Nearby is a mini market and restaurant. The beach is sandy and kamenita.Uz beaches are pine and olive trees.
