Apartment with three bedrooms, all with double beds and 2 bathrooms, dining room, and living room with sofa bed, large LED 3D TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine. The safe, two air conditioners - one on the ground floor for the kitchen, dining room and living room, the other on the first floor where the bedrooms are located, is located in the hallway. In the yard there is a barbecue, solar shower, outdoor dining area, parking for three vehicles. One ground floor terrace and one smaller terrace upstairs with access from two rooms. A tourist office and information are 20 meters away, as well as a children’s playground. Two smaller shops are only 100m away from the house. A basketball court is 200 meters away. The beach and a boat harbor are 600 meters from the apartments. Note: the owner and his family use the apartment in the same house.

Arrival is possible from 16:00, and departure until 10:00 Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Noise is not allowed from 00:00 to 07:00 At check-in we charge a deposit in case of damage in the amount of 200, 00 EUR; we return it on the day of check-out if no damage has been done to the apartment. For the reservation it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount of the accommodation price to the bank account of the landlord, and the rest in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The reservation will be confirmed after a visible payment. All taxes (sojourn, eco and registration) are included in the price of accommodation. Guests are required to submit documents upon arrival in order to complete the check-in, which will be returned to them immediately upon check-in.
Residential tax is included in price.

A beautiful house, everything works fine, kitchen, everything is in it. The rooms, bathrooms very well maintained. For a trip with friends or a small child, just in time. Close to shops, walk to the water although I recommend by car, faster and more convenient in the mountains than on foot. Friendly owners, although they lived on the same plot, it was not at all burdensome.
