Apartments Kuća Župan - Crikvenica - Kvarner

I just got back and wanted to highly recommend apartment 2 + 1. It is located in a newly built apartment building on 1st (but high) floor. In the apartment they are available: living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining room - air conditioning, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is large, comfortable and modern. 95% "made by IKEA ", but is rather an advantage than a disadvantage. The price of the apartment (55E) was included air conditioning and a fairly fast wi fi. Nice balcony with a set of furniture for a pleasant stay provides a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Krk. Friendly, English-speaking young owner very nice and helpful. The apartment we were in 2 people, but additional person would not cause congestion. The apartment has one drawback - it is quite far from the beach. Endomondo indicated the distance of 1100 m, and as far as the beach goes quite quickly, this return is under considerable upward, with lots of steep uphill and stairs. I would not recommend to families with young children, because the journey under this up with a pram is not easy. But if someone is not afraid of physical activity - it's not a big problem. These inconveniences compensate views during breakfast or an evening beer on the balcony.
