Villa Draga is a tourist facility in which we offer apartments or rooms, depending on your wishes and needs. We are located in a quiet part of the town of Crikvenica and you can enjoy your free time and make the best use of all the additional facilities that we offer as part of Villa Draga. The property's grounds of over 1,000 m2 consist of a parking lot, gardens, a barbecue house, and a pool and the area around the pool. At the same time, we are only about a 15-minute walk from the center of Crikvenica, or a 10-minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the city. Villa Draga will meet the needs of all categories of guests: from families with children who want vacations and swimming, to couples looking for romance and fun in Crikvenica, to different groups of guests whose goal is to explore Crikvenica or tourist destinations near Crikvenica, such as national parks, islands or similar destination.

Payment and terms

Payment models are by agreement, usually an advance payment of 50% is made when booking, while the rest is paid upon departure. In case of cancellation, there is no obligation to return the paid funds. For 1-3 nights, a supplement of 30% is paid. The tourist tax is included in the price, but a one-time fee of EUR 2 per person is charged for guest registration. The arrival time is after 2 pm on the day of arrival, while the departure time is until 10 am on the day of arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

For the reservation it is necessary to pay 50% of the total amount. In case of cancellation, there is no obligation to return the paid funds. In case of traffic restrictions due to the COVID-19 epidemic or the like, funds are returned or the same amount can be used as a voucher for the next reservation.

Within the facility, we highlight the outdoor swimming pool with fresh water, next to which deckchairs are placed for guests to rest and stay. There is also an outdoor shower right next to the pool. The house with a barbecue has become a distinctive part of Villa Drago, and guests often use it to prepare dinner or to hang out together. For those who want a more active vacation, we also have a home gym equipped with cardio equipment and Olympic weights within the facility. In addition to the listed additional facilities, on the ground floor of the house there is a terrace for social gatherings, a pool table and two bicycles for use by agreement with the owners. The parking lot is located right next to the building itself. NOTE: The pool is open from 01.06. until 14.09.2024. years.
