Payment and terms

Payment models are negotiable, the usual advance payment is 50%, while the rest is paid on departure. In case of cancellation, there is no obligation to repay the funds. A supplement of 30% is payable for 1-3 nights. Use of the shared kitchen for guests in rooms is charged EUR 5 per day per person. Sojourn tax is included in the price, but guests are charged EUR 2 per person once. Arrival time is after 2pm on the day of arrival, while departure time is up to 10am on the day of arrival. A slightly earlier arrival is possible with the agreement of the owners of the property.

Within the facility we point out a new outdoor pool built in 2014 with fresh water, with loungers for guests' rest and stay. There is an outdoor shower right next to the pool. The barbecue house has become a recognizable part of Villa Draga and guests often use it to prepare dinner or socialize. For those looking for a more active vacation within the facility we have a home gym equipped with cardio equipment and Olympic weights. In addition to these additional amenities, the ground floor has a terrace for socializing, a summer shared kitchen, the use of which is free by agreement with the owners of the property and the use of a washing machine or dishwasher on the ground floor.
