Apartments in Podaca on the Makarska Riviera, with a large and beautifully landscaped garden and private parking. The facility is located 100 meters from the pebble beach, 200 meters from the center. In addition to the terrace of the apartments, guests can use the large garden area with tables, chairs and a fireplace. The object is away from Makarska 35 km, from the Nature Park slope 35 km, the sanctuary of Medjugorje 50 km and 120 km of Dubrovnik.

Payment and terms

Mandatory advance payment of at least 25% of the amount of rent as confirmation and to be paid to a bank account under the direction of the landlord. The rest of the rental amount is paid in cash, upon arrival. The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the date of arrival, this amount is reduced by the cost of return transfer of money to a particular bank charges renters. Ideal arrival time is at 13:00 and departure at 09:00.
Residential tax is included in price.

Perfect

The accommodation is excellent, clean and has everything the ad said, and if necessary, guests can be more than that. The courtyard tucked away, a lot of green ... Ideal location for accommodation because the promenade by the sea can reach Drvenik (8 km) on one and gradation (4 km) on the other side. Feel free to book, you will not regret. Completely satisfied !!

All praise for the accommodation and especially the hosts! The room is clean, contains everything you need and what is to me the most important things: čistooooo is! Everything! The car is safe in the yard in the shade. The beach is very close just a few minutes walk. Hosts congratulations on kindness and what they tried to make you feel comfortable. Fantastic

Accommodation is very good and neat, service of the hosts is on extremely high level, they are very friendly, the accommodation and the whole house I want to recommend to all of my friends, colleagues and family, It's very pleasant place, everything is close, neat beaches, clear sea, close to shops , near the restaurant, good parking.
