Welcome to the new, luxurious, south-facing and sunny one-room apartment with a large terrace, fully equipped, just 10-15 minutes' walk to the Old Town! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay even for a longer period (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge, freezer, hob, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, table for ironing, TV, wifi, air conditioning...). Guests have a separate entrance and peace. It is ideal for two people because it has one bedroom with a king-size bed with a high anatomical mattress, but it can accommodate two additional people because there is a sofa in the living room that folds out into a comfortable 160x200 bed. Excellent location, quiet, safe, and about 10 minutes from the city, and you don't need a car to get to the old town, but for those who don't like to walk, there is a bus stop about 100 meters from the apartment, and buses 3 and 3a go directly to Pile. to the bus station and the main harbor pier (for trips to the islands).

Payment and terms
To confirm the reservation for the agreed dates, it is necessary to pay a 50% advance payment to the account. For stays longer than 7 days, we grant a 10% discount. Arrival is from 2:00 p.m. and departure is until 10:00 a.m. We respect every guest and we want to ensure comfort, safety and cleanliness for all our guests, so smoking is not allowed in the apartment and animals are not allowed or the stay of other people without agreement with the owner of the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
Full refund in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the reservation. If the reservation was made less than 30 days before the start of the reservation, the refund is made if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of confirmation and if it is at least 14 days before the start of the reservation.
