We offer nicely decorated and well-equipped apartments for two to four people at moderate prices. Each of our apartments has a separate entrance and your balcony or terrace with table and chairs. Our house is located near the Babinom Kuku hotel in Dubrovnik. Excellent connection with all parts of the city - a local bus station is next to the house, and the bus to the old town passes every 10 minutes. Nearby are restaurants, tennis courts, a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy and a beautiful promenade. The beaches are a ten minute walk away. Apartment 2 2 (for 2-4 persons) - spacious apartment with private terrace and balcony. It is equipped with two climates, two televisions, dishwasher and laundry machine. The double bed is in the bedroom and a three bed sofa in the living room with a kitchen. The apartment is also suitable for families with children. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of kitchen, bathroom and twin beds that can be connected on request. There is a small terrace in front of it. Free parking in front of the house

Payment and terms
Check in from 14.00 hrs. Check out until 10:00 Air condition is not included in the price and is charged an additional 5 euros per day on the climate if desired. In winter is 5 euros heating on the air conditioning daily! Residence tax is included in the price. The price is increased by 20% if you stay only one night! For summer bookings 30% advance payment is required in advance and for other months upon agreement.

very nice room with bathroom

Very clean and nicely decorated room with bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and balcony overlooking the sea. Beautiful location with secure free parking in front of the house. I highly recommend it!
