Fully equipped one bedroom apartment in the center of the old town of Omis. . The apartment is located on the first floor of the family house and the guests are the only tenants. Since the apartment is located in the heart of the old town, absolutely everything is close by including the beach, restaurants, shops and everything else within a radius of about 200 meters. The apartment has a very spacious terrace of about 35m2 with table and chairs, swing and sun loungers.

Payment and terms

The payment will be on arrival of the guest in the apartment entirely in Euros or Croatian Kuna (counter value of the rental price is expressed in Euros at the middle Euro exchange rate on the day of arrival). Arrival time would be the most ideal in the afternoon or evening, that is, not before 2pm or even up to 11pm. Departure time is obligatory in the morning and not later than 10 o'clock.
Residential tax is included in price.
