Apartment and room is located on the floor of a family house in the Štinjan settlement. The facility was renovated in 2015. Accommodation units are comfortable and fully equipped with all the necessary and necessary amenities and equipment for our guests to enjoy. Payment and terms

Payment of accommodation is made in the manner that the guest pays an advance payment of 30% by bank transfer, and the difference to the full amount of the guest upon arrival in the accommodation. Guest except for a fee for accommodation and a fee for general cleaning in the amount of 30 euros. As a guarantee for any eventuality, the guest deposits a deposit amounting to 100 euros which will be returned to the guest upon departure if there is a reason for the payment of damages.
