The Rustic Resort is located in a lonely bay with only 5 other houses which opens towards and overlooks Pag island and Pag channel - where no big city is present. This makes the entire channel\s sea water clean and crystal clear. The road is passing between the beach and the house. Most of the property is covered and shaded with coniferous wood and consists of 2 rustic houses. The entire Resort area is about 800 m2 large, it is fenced and dog friendly place. You will have access to 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen with pantry, shaded open air terrace with barbecue and dining table, roofed terrace with dining table, shared concrete and rocky beach, a jetty with private boat anchor place and storage room for swimming and beach accessories. There is no fresh water so rainwater is used for essential care. Water tanks can be easily refilled in case they get depleted upon hosts\ expense so there is always enough water. Drinking water and groceries can be bought in a nearby town - Karlobag.
