Payment and terms

When booking an apartment, you need to send an e-mail confirmation of payment of 10% in the amount of the advance (after paying the rest of 90%) for the realized stay. Minimum advance payment is 35 € in Croatian currency. Guests from countries outside Croatia can receive a refund of € 6, which is the (cost of payment) of a € 30 advance payment through Western union. This amount is deducted from the total amount of the invoice for the realized stay.
Residential tax is included in price.
