Payment and terms

To confirm your reservation, you'll pay 20% of the total amount to the bank account we will send you if you decide to rent. The remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival. Once we receive your advance payment, we will send you an e-mail that confirms your reservation. HRK equivalent is calculated by the daily selling rate of the CNB. The entrance to the apartment is available after 14:00 am on the day of your arrival, the apartment must be vacated by 09:00 hrs on the day of your departure. The number of people who will be staying in the apartment must not be greater than that specified in the confirmation of booking. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed.
Residential tax is not included in price.
