Apartments Iva are situated on a slightly elevated location in the urban villa 2.5 km from the Old Town. In addition to free wi-fi and private parking, in the 2 larger apartments you will find modernly decorated rooms with air conditioning in each of them (3 climates per apartment), stylish living room / kitchen, LCD TV, spacious a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view, a modern bathroom with a shower, etc. The larger apartments consist of 2 bedrooms, a double bed in one and a bed for 1 person that stretches into a bed for 2 in the second bedroom. Sofa in the living room can be folded into an additional bed if needed for 2 additional persons. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher (1 apartment) ... The studio has a smaller space, 25m2, spread over 2 floors, and is accommodated for 2 people. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor, and a kitchen and bathroom on the bottom. All apartments are newly renovated.

Payment and terms
When making your reservation, you must pay an advance of 30% of the total amount, the IBAN account number or PayPal. You can also pay the rest of the amount at check-in. Also, we require a deposit of 200EUR as an insurance in case of potential damage to the apartment. Deposit is returned at check-out on the day of departure. Also, please keep in mind that you are in a villa with multiple apartments, and other guests, and stick to the house order. Enjoy the apartment as if you were home, but with the same respect and respect for other tenants. In addition, enjoy your vacation and have fun! Thank you! :)

Apartments are well equipped and immaculately clean, and the arrangement of the apartment and the location to create a pleasant and romantic ambience.
