On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped apartment that opens onto a beautifully landscaped yard with a fireplace and gas grill. The studio has a nice terrace in the shade. The covered parking lot is located behind the house and cars are always in the shade.

The recommended time of entering the apartment is 2:00 p.m., and leaving the apartment at 10:00 a.m. on the last day of your stay. The price includes: registration of guests, clean towels and bed linen, use of the air conditioner during the stay in the apartment and final cleaning.
