The apartment is located in the center of Ražanac, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is 65 square meters in size and can accommodate 6 people. The apartment is located on the first floor of the family house and in the high attic. On the right floor there is a new kitchen and living room, a larger bathroom and the master bedroom. The kitchen and the living room form one space, in which there is also a table with chairs for 6 people, and they are air-conditioned. There is also an LED TV (82 cm) with satellite TV and a 180 x 200 sofa bed that provides comfortable sleeping for two people. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, sink and washing machine. On the same floor is the main room, which is equipped with a double bed 180 x 200 with nightstands and night lamps. The room has a larger wardrobe. The room is high, and a special experience is provided by the skylight with a shade and the possibility of complete blackout. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with air conditioning and toilet.

The apartment is clean, well-maintained, suitable for families. The kitchen equipment met our needs (toaster, microwave, 2 fridges and all the tableware for 6 people) We only lacked glasses for rakijkie or wine but we managed it. The stairs are quite high but my 4 year old managed it easily. The apartment has 2 air conditioners so you can take a break from the Croatian heat. The sea is quite close. After leaving the gate, a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea opens. Very polite and nice hosts. I wholeheartedly recommend the town and the apartment itself.

We recommend Apartment Luka in Ražanac, a town in which we have long fallen in love due to the prevailing peace, lack of commercialism typical of large crowded resorts and beautiful views of Velebit. The apartment is spacious, well-kept and comfortable. It has everything you need on vacation, i.e. a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as comfortable beds. It is clean and aesthetic, new furniture. Equally important, it is very close to the beach, literally 5 minutes walk. Nearby there is a cafe with delicious coffee and ice cream, a grocery market and small pubs where you can eat lunch. The only remark to the owners is the lack of an awning or umbrella on the balcony .... and it would be nice to sit before the evening sometimes Thank you very much for your stay, perhaps we will come back

The apartment is very large and clean, suitable for families. the owners are very friendly and helpful. very well equipped kitchen - lots of dishes, two refrigerators, air conditioning on both floors, washing machine...parking space, yard for children to play, small shop nearby and very close to the beach. the sea is very clean.
