Detailed description

Fully equipped apartments for two adults and two children. The apartments have one bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen and dining room. We have an outdoor terrace covered with a canopy with benches and barbecue and deck chairs. Each apartment has a separate terrace. The house with apartments is located first row to the sea (10m), on the sandy beach with facilities for children (swings, slide, pirate boat, pedal boats, volleyball, water polo, football ...). Choose the best vacation spot for yourself and your children. Welcome!

The apartment is reserved by paying an advance to our account in the amount of 30% of the total price. Arrival time is after 2 pm and departure time is until 8 am. Please respect arrival and departure times for other guests.
Residential tax is included in price.

In case of impossibility to arrive on the scheduled date, the advance payment is not refundable, but the date can be postponed for another free one or for the next year, depending on your possibilities.

Super vacation

We loved being so close to the beach, peaceful place. Very kind helpful host. It was perfect with two small children. They have their own pedal boats.

Since we were already on holiday here years ago and we liked it, we decided to come back in 2019 as well. However, this time things got complicated for the third night. Namely, the shower burst during the shower, so it was necessary to change the set of the shower cabin. When I told this to the owner Mr. Nenad Rukavina came to see the damage. Then he started accusing me of intentionally damaging his tub and that it was impossible for it to burst, under normal use. I tried to tell him I was taking a normal shower but he continued to accuse me in a very aggressive way, and that in front of my three small children. Then came his wife, who also accused me of being intentional damaged the shower tray. As if it's my fault that the equipment is worn out or. poor quality. My wife and I were shocked over the relationship of mr. Nenad Rukavina and his wife or we felt like unwanted guests, so we decided to go home early after 4 days, despite paying for 10 days. Before we went home, he threatened to sue me and pay for the damage in one way or another. If I hadn’t experienced this on my own skin, I wouldn’t have believed it was possible.

Hello, do not provide false information about us to justify the damage done to the apartment. A shower when it is visibly broken by force, not when showering because anyone who understands the composition of a shower tray knows that it cannot be broken in a different way especially not when a new one was put in 3 years ago. A lot of renters take a down payment before entering the apartment which is not returned if any damage is done, if otherwise the down payment is returned. You wisely sent an email that when it “broke” instead of telling the owner and you arrogantly treated us as if we were to blame for what happened. In the end you barely let us into our apartment to see the damage done because we are not allowed to enter it ?! After our explanation that when it could not break during the shower, which is clear to all of us and that a new one should be waiting because not all dimensions are immediately available with us, you still arrogantly talked and attacked us in your own house instead of apologizing for the damage. you made for a fee the same. I don't know how you thought of showering without a bathtub for another 6 days until it arrived ?! If we were not fair and correct renters, they would not come to us for the THIRD year and other guests would not return. Please, the second time you comment, state only the true facts, because THE EVENT CAN ALSO BE CONFIRMED BY THE GUESTS WHO STAYED IN ANOTHER APARTMENT. Thank you
