APP BOJKA and APP JELENA APARTMENTS BOJKA - a new house with a swimming pool, with luxury apartments are located in the town of Promajna, in the street Obala 24 C, in the center of the town, approx. 70 m from the main beach. In addition to accommodation in exclusively furnished apartments, you can also use the swimming pool next to the house. All kitchens are modernly equipped (fridge with freezer, stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher...), all bathrooms are modernly equipped (iron with table, hairdryer...). The app labels are: Bojka 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Each apartment has one free parking space next to the house. In the yard of the house there is a grill for all guests as well as a table next to the grill. A housekeeper who takes care of the guests stays in the building all the time. JELENA APARTMENTS - We offer a total of 3 apartments: - large two-room ground floor "Jelena 1" with a large south terrace (one bathroom), - large two-room first floor "Jelena 2" (two bathrooms), - one-room 2. Payment and terms
Guests who have already stayed usually do not pay a reservation deposit or upon agreement, and new guests pay a symbolic reservation deposit of around 10%. Arrival of guests is after 12 o'clock (but if previous guests leave earlier - new guests can also enter earlier), and departure is no later than 10 o'clock. No pets please.
Residential tax is included in price.
