The studio is on the ground floor of the building, with a private terrace above the sea, surrounded by a garden with 2 large fig trees, from which you can pick sweet fruits in August and September. The beach is arranged and paved with shower, 10 m from the garden. Above the beach is a pine grove where you can enjoy the shade on hot summer days. Nearby are rocky and a pebble beach. There is a multi-kilometer promenade along the entire bay with beautiful views. It is also suitable for cycling. A shop and a restaurant are nearby. The studio is modernly equipped, has air conditioning, heating for colder days, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, free internet, TV, radio.
