Payment and terms
Accommodation in apartments is reserved for the exact number of people. Payment is made in cash. The reservation is confirmed after an advance payment of 30% of the total price. Tourist tax, parking, final cleaning included in the price. WiFi internet, satellite TV, air conditioning and clean bed linen are included in the price. Arrival time to the apartment from 2:00 p.m., departure time from the apartment until 9:00 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price is paid after confirmation of the reservation. For cancellation of reservation 60 and more days earlier - 100% for cancellation of reservation within 60 to 30 days - 50% for cancellation of reservation within 30 days - no refund of advance payment

Very beautiful

A very beautiful place right on the beach. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We have very fond memories of our stay and we will definitely be back this year. Facility very clean, well-kept. All facility equipment working. I highly recommend.

Brela is the most beautiful place on the Adriatic!

We returned to the Novák family for the fourth time. All apartments in their house are very clean and well equipped. The hosts are very kind and helpful we always think of them with love. Last day we were surprised by a large bowl of apple strudel! The house is in a quiet location, but also close to the pub and restaurant. We welcomed the new bakery in the immediate vicinity of the house. I can only recommend it to everyone! Brela is a wonderful, amazing place! I hope we can come back here again soon! Thank you for everything
