One bedroom with its own kitchen and bathroom, 3 studio apartments (in the category of smaller apartments because they do not cook in the bedroom - they have their own kitchen), ALL THE FLOOR with a large terrace. On the ground floor there is one one bedroom apartment with large terrace on two levels. Everything is in our family house with apartments "Stara Horvatia" in the small and quiet Maslenica, Eugen Kvaternika Street 6, (GPS: 44. 219935, 15. 546109). From the beach we are 170m away and by the way, by the way to the beach is passing by next to the nearest shop. It has a sea view. Maslenica is a pleasant and peaceful Dalmatian place perfect for a peaceful vacation. All amenities are included in the price - all necessities in the kitchen with a water cooker, large fridge with freezer, microwave oven. Bathroom with shower (paper, shampoo, hair dryer). Wi-fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, large terrace overlooking the sea, linen, towels, barbecue and parking in our fenced yard, sojourn tax. All prices, depending on the time - on request. There is no additional charge.

Payment and terms
For a double-sided booking of the free and desired term, advance payment is required in advance (30%) of the total rental amount. Upon receipt of advance payment we will send the Invoice for this payment immediately.
