House with apartments is situated close to the sea and the city. Only five minutes walk to the beach and also offers peace and privacy. In front of the house there is parking for each vehicle and are protected from the sun. The garden is a grill that can always be used. Each apartment has its own entrance. The entrance to the apartment is up to 13 hours on the day of your arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 9 am on the day of your departure. We prefer contact by email because you then can provide complete and correct information regarding available dates for rezervaciju.Akontacija book is 100 EUR or HRK equivalent at the middle exchange rate on the payment date. Air conditioning is specifically charged 5 EUR per day.

We recommend!

We were in these apartments at Ivana's this year. We were lucky to live in 2 apartments at the top. Apartments very nice, tastefully decorated, clean, everything you need. Great view from the balcony, great balskon! Maybe 80 meters to the beach, but also close to the center. The owner of Ivan, a very nice and very positive person! We rate this stay very positively and maybe we will come back there one day. I recommend it to everyone!

A fantastic place

Just returned from a vacation. We spent 2 weeks in Pakostane, staying in Ivana's apartment. We highly recommend this place. The house is wonderfully located, the rooms are very clean, well equipped, have everything you need and more. Ms. Ivana is a very nice person, helpful and cordial. The neighborhood is quiet, close to everything, the beach and the city at your fingertips. Here you can relax perfectly - I recommend it to everyone!

Very nice apartment near the beach!

We were with 4 people in this apartment (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment is very bright and very well located. In 3 minutes you are on the beach, in 3 minutes you are in downtown Pakostane. There are many bars on the beach, many restaurants in the city center. The apartment is well furnished and in the kitchen you will find enough dishes. We were more than satisfied and felt very comfortable in the apartment as well as in the place and can recommend the apartment of Ivana, which is very friendly. If we visit Pakostane again, we would definitely book the same apartment!

Holiday in Ino Pakoštane did not disappoint. The apartments have an excellent location, close to the sea and also close to the center. I highly recommend the apartment at IVANA! Clean, well-equipped, wonderful view of the sea. The beach is 200 meters from the beach. Everything looks exactly as it presented in the pictures. A huge terrace with a table for 4 people, a daybed, a clothes dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary accessories. The nice owner always greets guests with great figs or watermelon. We visited her for the second time and will definitely come back to her. IVANA! Greetings and thank you.

Great holiday

Great holiday Very nice and good accommodation, a large terrace with a table and chairs and a sun lounger, where the sun blind could be used, rooms equipped with air conditioning. The location of the accommodation was well marked, the house has a large parking space for 4 cars. Room equipment was according to photos on the internet, we also sent several new photos from the owner with new room equipment (studios). The studio is ideal for a family with 2 children, there is a full bed for 2 people. The furnishing with other furniture is good, the kitchen equipment is equipped with appliances and the furniture is exactly according to the photos, the dishes are enough for a 4-member family, there is everything you need. Near the house is a bakery shop and a variety of fruit and vegetable sales. Very nice owners, friendly and helpful, very good agreement. A short walk to the beach. In the evening and at night. We liked our holiday, we recommend it. We have also rented other studios - 2 + 2 and 3 + 1, even these were fine, at the 3 + 1 studio there is a perfectly covered sitting (pergola) for a problem sitting of about 10 people. A short walk from the house (about 200 m) starts the city center with good restaurants and shops. The beaches are stony - tiny gravel and concrete.

I was there in June/July 2018 for a week with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. All around our stay was great, peaceful place, near of the beach, near of the bakery and local seller with fruits, vegetables etc. Center of Pakostane in 5 minutes. The cosiness rooms are clear, Ivana ist very friendly woman. I would like to recommend this apartments.

Great apartment, the owners were great hosts!

My family and l for the first time visited Croatia-Pakoštane and had an amazing time. We found the accommodation at Ino was comfortable and suited all our needs, close to the beach, peaceful and close to the centre of Pakoshtane and the apartment was very clean on arrival. Everything that was mentioned on the internet was identical to what awaited us on arrival. I would definitely reccommend Ino apartments to families and couples.
