Fully equipped and modern apartment close to the sandy beach. The facility is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and town center. It consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, bathroom, living area with kitchen and a large balcony with a balcony and a small garden. The balcony offers a view of the beach, pine forest, bay and in the distance on the island of Ciovo and the city of Split. The larger room has beds for three people: a large double bed and a single bed. The small room is equipped with one double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove and other household necessities. Guests can use the barbecue. In the living room there is a kitchen, a large dining table and sofa. Beside the house is a public parking, which is free of charge, but booking is not possible.

The apartment is very nice, well equipped, the owners are great. The beach is with pebbles just under the apartment, the water is crystal clear. Along the beach are barčki, restaurant, shop in the immediate vicinity. The nights are quiet. Nice for walking or jogging along the sea. We had a great, and will be repeated. I recommend :)

Excellent location as it is only a few minutes to the beach. The owners are very friendly and cordial, we first chose private accommodation, without intermediary, we do not regret because the owners themselves praise apartment is beautifully furnished and is identical to the pictures published recommend to all who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful environment of the apartment you have a beautiful view of the sea people on the island are very friendly, we will be happy to come back.

Great location and apartment. A pleasant and hearty owner .In Necujam we went for the third time and really peaceful and good rest. Proximity to the sea is very practical for families with children. This game is coming next year. When we ask our children where they vacationed, the first response Neèujam is, and we love to go there. Very comfortable.
