Holiday Home Lipa Naša is located in a quiet part of Neviđane on island Pašman. Its a newly renovated stone house that is over a 100 years old. The house has a ground and a 1st floor. Located on the ground floor is a kitchen/dining area. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house can accommodate 4 adults or, for example 2 adults and 2 children. We also have a baby cot available for our youngest guests. The house has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your meals or just hang out. Every room has a TV. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, dishes, plates, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery...We also provide linen and towels. This is an ideal place to spend a quiet vacation. The island itself has nice beaches, bike or hike trails and is connected with island Ugljan by a bridge. It is well connected by ferry with Zadar and Biograd. There are places to explore on mainland (National Parks) or just stay in Neviđane and relax.

Payment and terms

To confirm your reservation 20% of the total amount must be paid in advance. The rest must be paid upon arrival in cash. We do not accept cards. Check in time after 12:00h. Check out time until 10:00h.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be returned. The guest will not be refunded for the reservation deposit if they cancel less than 7 days before arrival.
