Nicely decorated and equipped apartment, in a quiet area. The distance from the beach, restaurants and shops is 70-100 meters. The apartment is on the first floor, has two balconies on the south side of 20m2, and two small balconies on the north side. It has two air conditioners. which are not included in the price of the apartment. The apartment has a large kitchen and another small fully equipped kitchen, so it provides the possibility for guests to cook and stay separately if two families are staying together. The apartment has 2 parking spaces. Nemira is connected to the Omiš promenade along coast, so our guests can walk to the city. As hosts, we live in the ground floor of the house, so we are available to our guests for any additional information. Welcome! The 2+2 bedroom apartment is on the second floor of the house. The kitchen and living room have access to a large south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the island of Brač. The bedroom has an exit to a small northern balcony. The apartment is nicely decorated with ibima air conditioning, which is not included in the price. It is charged separately.

I recommend staying in the Ivan apartment, everything as described. Large, clean apartment with a beautiful sea view. Very close to the beach, also to the shop. Mrs. Alena is very nice and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in Nemira and apartment Ivan.
