Payment and terms

Non-refundable payment of 150 Euro per reservation via bank account, the rest upon arrival at the accommodation. The reservation is valid from the moment the amount arrives in the bank account. Pets are allowed in Apartment 2+2 and in Apartment 4, which are located on the ground floor. One (1) per Apartment. Pets cannot stay alone in the Apartment. The fee for a pet is 5 Euros up to 5 kg, others 8 Euros per day. We have a laundry room in the house, we will be happy to do your laundry for a fee of 5 Euros per wash. Departure time until 10:00 a.m. Arrival time from 3:00 p.m. Final cleaning for Studio 50 Euros and for Apartment 65 Euros Air conditioning, parking, towels and bed linen are included in the price. The residence tax is paid according to the price list of the municipality of Malinska. The residence tax for 2024 is 1.80 Euro per adult per day and is not included in the price.
Residential tax is not included in price.
