Family house APARTMENTS MARGITA offers guests two STUDIO APARTMENTS, one for 3 and the other for 4 people, and two one-bedroom APARTMENTS each for 4 people. The house is located in a quiet part of Mošćenička Draga called Sveti Petar. In front of the house is a parking lot and the distance from 600m to the city center, sea and beach can be crossed by a pleasant walk. The apartments have been recently refurbished, each with a double bed and one or two single beds. Each apartment has satellite TV and free WiFi, as well as a kitchen with all necessary equipment. The apartments have their own private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a terrace or balconies for a pleasant stay in the fresh air. We wish you a pleasant welcome!

Payment and terms
Arrival time is usually from 2 pm on the first day of the reservation and departure time is usually until 10 am on the last day of the reservation. The reservation will be considered confirmed after payment of 30% of the total calculated price (ie 50% for a stay of up to 4 days and 100% for a stay of 1 day). You will receive an offer on the exact amount to your e-mail as well as other information required for payment. The remaining part of the total price is paid immediately upon arrival and before using the apartment. Guests can use the washing machine. One use per week is already included in the price per night and for shorter stays of one week as well as for each subsequent use, a price of 6 Euros is charged. The price for final cleaning is 15 Euros and is added to the total price of accommodation.
Residential tax is included in price.
