The living rooms with the kitchen face south and towards the sea with access to the 10m2 terrace. From the 1st floor there is a beautiful view of the sea. FROM THE SUMMER OF 2022, ALL THE APARTMENTS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. There is a large parking lot in front of the house and each apartment has its own parking space. Behind the house is a yard of 250 m2 with a grill and a place to sit by the grill. The accommodation is suitable for everyone (families with small and large children, groups of adults...). The apartment is very nice, clean. Very nice contact with the owner of the house. Only lack of air conditioning in the heat we hit. recommend
