Payment and terms
Sojourn tax is not included in the price.
You can book by phone or e-mail. When booking the apartment it is necessary to pay 20% of the advance and the rest of the amount is paid on the first day of arrival. You can send money to a bank account. The stay in the apartment starts at 14:00 on the first day of the stay and ends at 10:00 on the last day. The last day, ie the day of leaving the apartment, is not counted in the total number of days of stay. Bed linen is changed during shifts, and guests staying for 14 and more days will get bedding on the 7th day for you to change yourself. A thorough cleaning and decorating of the apartments is done by the host or hostess at each guest's turn. Bed linen, towels, trash bags, toilet paper are placed at guests' arrival, while other guests are provided by the guest.
