Dear guests, we are located in a quiet part of Biograd in the area of Rust and near Marina Kornati. We offer 3 studio apartments and 3 one-room apartments. They are located on the first and second floor. All are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Parking is secured and under video surveillance. Tourist tax is included in the price (8 kn/day per person). The price includes: bed linen, towels, dishes and utensils, use of air conditioning, tourist tax, 1x use of a washing machine. There is a shopping center, a doctor, and a gas station nearby. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Dražica beach (800m), as well as to the center. Payment and terms
Arrival of the guest in the apartment by agreement - that is, unless otherwise agreed, from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., departure from the apartment by 10:30 in the morning. To confirm the appointment and make a reservation, you need to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The advance payment received is not refundable. If the advance payment is not paid, it is considered that the reservation has not been confirmed. Reservations are accepted exclusively via e-mail.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy
The advance payment can be refunded in full, if the accommodation is canceled 20 days before arrival. In case of damage to accommodation, outbuildings, ancillary rooms and devices/appliances (TV, refrigerator, stove, air conditioner), we charge an amount of 200 Euros, if it is a larger damage, in that case, the amount is charged according to the retail price of the device in the store, i.e. per working hour of the craftsman enlarged for material.
