Accommodation is great! Close to the beach, close to the center of town. Everything is within reach. The apartment is neat and clean, with a large parking space. The garden is beautiful, natural. The owners are very kind and cordial. For every recommendation! Rating 5+

how to start... all bad, the garden a total forest, ungroomed, the road from the parking lot to the entrance is gravel, so we had to drag our suitcases to the house. the rooms were clean, the balcony window could not be locked, the blinds were broken, the kitchen was totally dirty, bugs were coming out of the sink, the microwave was moldy. apartment that has a capacity of 8+2 lacks dishes and glasses. in the bathroom, the bad fall of the shower was solved, when we bathed, the water was all over the bathroom, we didn't have anything to wipe it with, upon arrival, there was the rest of the toilet paper, we immediately had to buy more. we wanted to use the fireplace for grilling, it was dirty, we hated to grill something there. The housemates sat near the fireplace every evening, which was not pleasant for us, we could use the terrace with an exit to the terrace, but the housekeepers locked the terrace so that we could not go into the garden. The best bonus was when at half past twelve in the evening - where we were talking on the terrace / we were families with children so the children were sleeping and we wanted to talk / but the landlord came and drove us inside, saying that we could no longer sit on the terrace . we were disappointed because we paid a lot of money for the accommodation.

Spacious and clean apartment, friendly hosts, huge terrace. Near the bakery, restaurant, fruit and vegetables. The beaches are a few minutes' walk away. Near the center of Pakoštan.

Excellent. Everything you need for a break. A quiet part of Pakoštana, the beach and water are clean. Shops and bakeries in the immediate vicinity. Friendly locals.

We have been regular guests in Pakostane and in Haus Neko for many years. Nice, spacious apartments, absolutely quiet and ideal location - only 5 minutes walk to both the beach and the center of Pakostane. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a pastry and fruit stand as well as the highly recommended Galija restaurant. Exceptionally friendly and helpful homeowners round off a wonderful vacation in Pakostane. We would love to come back !!

I was there in July with family and friends. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place for your vacation The apartment is well equipped and the surroundings are quiet and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Near the apartment there is a very good bakery and a "fish" restaurant at affordable prices. The beach from the house is about 5 minutes walk. Regards
