The upper apartment offers a beautiful view of the city and the islands. This house is located in a quiet street, ideal for two families with children. Each apartment can receive max. up to 6 people. Both apartments have two bedrooms. Towels and bed linen are also included in the price and are changed once a week. In front of the house there are two free parking spaces. We two families were in August 2 weeks with family Bašić, and it was just super good. The apartments are new, it was very clean. In the kitchen there were all sorts of dishes. In the village there are groceries, bakery was very close There is a lot of restaurants, on the beach also small things are sold. We would definitely return. Thanks to Brkic family they were very nice and attentive. We'll meet Again!

We had a great time staying in Zadar. The family that owns the building was incredibly welcoming,warm and friendly. Upon arrival, they greeted us with welcome drinks and we all had dinner together in the courtyard on one of the nights of our stay. It was lovely to get to spend time with a local family and we appreciated and were very touched by their hospitality. The apartment were new, spacious, and very clean and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. The main town is a 20-30 min walk away but the neighborhood was quiet and very nice to stay in. All of these things contributed to a wonderful stay in Zadar and we would absolutely stay here again.
