Sincere recommendations! Ideal for family and active holidays. The apartment is neat, clean and well equipped. The host is always available and extremely flexible. The shaded beach is a minute’s walk away, and the shop and bakery are three minutes away. The overall impression is enhanced by the use of the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, as well as two exercise equipment. It is possible to use the barbecue, and it has a yard with a children's corner.

Me and my family stayed at apartment 4+2 and it was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The owner is really kind and was helping us if we needed him. Also the location is perfect, right next to the beach. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to everyone that would like to enjoy vacation in Croatia.

A4 + 2 apartment was really beautiful with modern furniture and a large terrace with beautiful sea views. The apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the beach. Three hours a day, well-used pool, jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a children's playground and barbecue area. Equipment and cleanliness of the apartment at a high level. Very kind host.

The accommodation is excellent, clean, everything can be found in it. The host is very kind and helpful. There are several beaches near the apartment. Shops and restaurants are a few steps away. Zadar city center is easily accessible. Preliminary information, faithfully reflected the reality. We had a great time, it was a perfect relaxation.

We spent a perfect week in this apartment house by the sea. Our 4+2 apartment was beautiful, clean, modern and equipped with literally everyhing! On two floors it had a large living room, 2 bathrooms (+ a single toilet), and two bedrooms - all with air-conditioining (3 overall). We had two spacious balconies with an amazing view to the sea (is there anything better than have your breakfast with view to the endless blueness and your dinner with the sunset on the sea?). The owner, Boris, is probably the nicest, most professional host we've ever came across. He was always available but never intrusive, explained everything beforehand, not just about the apartment and other the amenities, but told us about the local bus shcedule (a bus stops nearby that takes you into the city in about 10 mins) and interesting restaurants as well. Also, as we celebrated my birthday there, he even suprised me with a bottle of wine - Boris really is super kind and thougthful! He is really serious about the pandemic situatation as well: handsanitizers at the door, the apatments equipped with gloves, and the usage of the pool area was divided into 3-hour slots everyday for the different apartments. The pool area with jacuzzi was also great, a nice spot to hide from the sun a bit and enjoy the refreshing water. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who'd like to relax in Zadar, far enough from the inner-city to not be bothered by the noise and the crowds, but not too far to travel in if you'd like to party or enjoy the magic of the downtown.

Just sit on the balcony while the sun is shining on you, as if time has stopped. The facility is new, tidy, and the owner is a strict professional, it is there and it is not there So unobtrusive but always available. The great advantage of the property is the pool, sauna, etc. what sets it apart from the competition.

My friend and I stayed here for 8 nights and everything was great apartment on a very high level very clean shop bakery restaurant everything is very close also the beach is very close the safe is very friendly I recommend it very warmly, because it is really great if it is too windy to have a jacuzzi sauna, it's gas, where you can roast in peace and it's a very peaceful environment. I highly recommend it

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful place! We spent 11 days in a beautiful, clean, perfectly furnished apartment A4 + 2. Storey, has a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Everything very well equipped: TV, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, fridge, safe, vending machine, air conditioning, full kitchen equipment: cutlery and dishes, two balconies. Outside a fantastic, well-kept swimming pool, mini spa: sauna, Jacuzzi, mini gym, children's playground and barbecue area, deck chairs available for the beach. A great place for families with children and more. Owner super polite, helpful, very nice, caring for everything. Excellent contact both before arrival and during your stay. The apartment is located very close to the beach, beautiful view from the balcony, especially in the evening at sunset. We are delighted to stay in Zadar !! I recommend !!

Everything as described, and seen in the photos, we felt very comfortable. Boris is a great host, very eager. Despite the proximity to the beach and restaurants it is pleasantly quiet, the privacy in the house is very high due to only 4 apartments and the usage plan of the spa. Also the barbecue area you have for yourself. At the beach there is a pedal boat and jet ski rental.

In apartment A2 + 2 we stayed for a week and everything I can say is - perfect! Clean and decorated apartments, clean and regularly maintained swimming pool and very friendly owner Boris. Certainly still when we return. Super !!!

We were allowed to spend ten days in April 2019 in this great place. The apartment has everything you need is absolutely new and very well equipped. Everything is lovingly maintained and is very clean. It also has large balconies and a nice spa. The beds were very comfortable. The location is also excellent, right on the sea and near the center of Zadar (bus station about 100 meters away). Parking in front of the property. We will certainly recommend the accommodation, for us it was just perfect, we will be back in the fall and we are looking forward to it. The host is very friendly and helpful, thanks!

This apartment has fully exceeded our expectations. It is nice and big, everything necessary is available and clean. We also liked it very much that the apartment has a very large balcony, you have otherwise rare in apartments. Without a doubt the best apartments in Zadar and the nicest, most helpful host in the world. Location practically at the very sea, guests can use the swimming pool and spa area. Free parking. Apartment beautiful, well-equipped, clean and cozy. I highly recommend the object. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything is new and of good quality, the kitchen is equipped so that you can prepare your own meals without any problem. Comfortable beds, large terrace, swimming pool, playground, nice surroundings and views. I am very pleased and I will definitely recommend this apartment to friends. Cordiality, kindness and smile - these are the characteristics of the host.

We stayed here in May/June 2018. We were very satisfied with the clean and modern apartment. It has a nice ocean view and is close to the beach. Boris was the perfect host. It took 45 minutes to walk in to old town.

Very nice and modernly decorated apartment. Comfortable beds and linens. Close to the beach, shops. Possibility to use the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool and out of season. I recommend everyone.

The apartment is on a beautiful vacation spot, modernly decorated, with a large terrace where we drank coffee in the morning with bird singing and cricket choir. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The local beach is a couple of steps away and we just loved the shade and the long sunset. Whirpool, sauna, pool, barbecue ... everything is fantastic! The place is great for morning and evening walks or for an evening visit to Zadar (bus stops near the apartment and in 15 minutes you are in Zadar without worrying about the parking lot). We were so nice!

I think I have in my life I was so good, luxurious and beautiful apartment. On the lower floor is the possibility of using the wellness center (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna), the sea is situated only about 50 m. The bedrooms are superb, in the apartment were even 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. We can not wait to go back again. lp, Matej

Apartment perfectly designed for guests. Large bedrooms, all tastefully furnished. Additional attractions in the form of, for example, a swimming pool with a depth of 1.35 m was a great complement to the sea and the perfect place for our younger daughter. Very good price for rent, in which he was also a free sauna and jacuzzi. Owners extremely discreet and nice. We are happy to come back here someday. We highly recommend this apartment.
