Guests pay an advance payment of 30% of the total amount for booking an appointment, and the rest on the spot. The ideal arrival time is after 3 pm, and the departure time is no later than 10 am.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of reservation: For cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, we return the advance payment in full. For cancellation 30-60 days before arrival, we return 50% of the advance payment. For cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, we do not refund the advance payment, but it is possible to use it to book another appointment.
