All apartments have air conditioners that are not in the price and will be charged 5 euros / day. Payment and terms
Included in the price: Apartment rental and use of all devices, power consumption, water consumption, air conditioning, television, wireless internet, final cleaning, change of all linen (sheets, towels, kitchen towels), tourist tax, eco tax. Each apartment has an extra bed available at extra charge of 8, 00 euros / day. Minimum stay 4 nights will be charged 30% more. In the peak season can be rented apartment to 7 or more days. After booking confirmation is required to pay an advance of 10% of the total cost and the remainder to be paid upon arrival. Air conditioning is paid extra 5 euros / day. The time of entry to the apartment is 13h and departure time is 10am.
