Apartments Aria are located in a small and quiet Dalmatian village, Pisak. The terrace offers a beautiful, panoramic view of the sea and the island of Brac, and the mountain Biokovo. The apartments are located about 70 meters from the sea, the sea is reached by stairs. To the town center about 400 meters. There is a large pebble beach, coffee bars and restaurants. We offer 5 apartments, all renovated recently, and have wifi internet. 4 apartments have two bedrooms with sea view, and with extra beds the apartments can accommodate up to 5 people. They have terraces overlooking the sea, air conditioning. 1 apartment is one bedroom, for 2 people and has a terrace overlooking the sea. In the yard we have two grills that you are free to use. We have a parking space - garage or private parking not far from the house, depending on availability.

Payment and terms

When we arrange a reservation, it is necessary to make an advance payment to our account in the amount of about 20%. The rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival of the guest in the apartment. Reception of guests in the apartment is from 2 pm, and departure until 10 am.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

We will refund the advance payment in case of closing the borders due to covid or if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the day of the reservation, regardless of the reason.

Great vacation!

We spent a wonderful week in the apartment the family Simic. The apartment is very comfortable for two people, a sea view is beautiful, the sea is very close. Price is very reasonable. I recommend!

We spent a really nice dopust.Kraj is beautiful and quiet, the beaches are beautiful Sea čudovito.V site has one store in which this very well served, with two tavernas and a patisserie which is this place clean enough. Install itself was very cool people are very friendly. By one estimate could include the all-clear Friday!! BRAVO. lp Andrej

Beautiful environment with very nice accomodation and kind owners

We were in Simic apartments in June 2013th This holiday was beautiful, the village is small and silent, it is perfect for families with children or people loving the quiet. The Sea is pure and beautiful. Near this apartments is small beach with crystal water. The accommodation was clear, nice, with the view of the sea. There was an external sittings and a grill. The owners are very kind people who are helpful to solve every problem or some special requests from Their visitors. These apartments Belongs to garage too. In the center of town is small shop and some restaurants. There are the great opportunities to do trips.This perfect holiday was great, we can advise. Thank you vera much again.

Great vacation in apartments Simić

With my family I was staying in apartments Simic in June 2012 .. We had a wonderful holiday ... the beach is beautiful, clean sea, the apartments are nice and the hosts are great! And the weather was great...We recommend everyone apartments Simic!
