The living room has the ability to separate from the rest of the apartment by sliding partition wall, so that in a couple of seconds it becomes a bedroom.

Payment and terms

Method of Payment: An advance payment of 25% is payable to the account, the rest in cash upon arrival in the apartment. The price of up to 3 nights is increased by 30%. If a guest makes an advance payment and wants to cancel the reservation 30 days prior to arrival, we will return the amount of the received advance, after which we will not be refunded. Arrival to apartment after 14 hours. Departure from the apartment up to 10 hours. For all, there is a possibility of agreement. Residence tax is included in the price.
