Apartments Villa Dubrovnik - Makarska - Split region

I heartily recommend staying with Mrs. Ivana, the facility is clean and well-kept, the view from the balcony is flawless, close to everything, the host is very nice, the only drawback is the proximity to the road, but no noise inside the apartment. Greetings and recommend.

We stayed at the end of June this year to guest at Ivana in the Villa Dubrovnik and we were 100% very satisfied. The impression after stay: great. Zero problems. The studio completely enough for my family 2 + 2 (2 years old and 6 years old). Much of the time spent on the beach because the size of the room did not matter to us. To the sea actually 200 meters downhill, small pebbles, sea urchins almost invisible. I have absolutely nothing to complain about it was fantastic! The hosts are very hospitable and communicative-they really want with all my heart that you feel comfortable. They also live in the building, which means you can really appeal at any time. The apartments are just like in the photos, it is very clean, you can have clean his room every day and it smells very fresh. Very modern decor and not even a minute away there are 2 bakeries. What I wanted to say-we were there 10 days but the booked studio was only seven days available. The remaining nights they gave us at the same price (!) Moved into a larger apartment which was very kind of her! Still to come that the cleaning lady and not we removed our clothes complete the other studio has-exactly as it was in the old studio! TOP!

Hello everybody We stayed in Villa Dubrovnik for 20 days and very like this place. Location is good: 300 meters to the sea - the edge of makarska beach, so it is not crowded even in july. The road to beach lies through pine park. Fruit market and bakery is nearby, supermarket in 300 meters. Only minus is the road nearby - sometimes it is loud there. Hostess Ivana is the best. Very pleasant woman, always can help and respect your privacy. Room is very nice, modern and clear, fully loaded. Same as on photos.

Villa Dubrovnik is a great place to spend a wonderful holiday! The modern rooms, very well equipped kitchen, a large terrace with sea views, air conditioning, clean and pleasant. The apartments are very close to the sea and the promenade. We vacationed together with our little girl and our friends and their daughter. On the ground floor there is a large terrace where children could play and run. The host of the house is Ivana. She is very nice and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and unfortunately woke up Ivana. It was not a problem for her, she got up and accommodated us in the rooms. We recommend all accommodation in Villa Dubrovnik. Makarska is a beautiful place. For those who like the night life is the perfect place. For families with children also, especially in September.

Accommodation in a villa Dubrovnik was amazing!! The apartment was very tastefully decorated, in reality, everything looks much, much nicer than here in fotek.Vše new, clean and beautifully scented ... Even though the apartment is on a busy main routes, tourism was hardly slyšet.V hl. season was a huge pail evening at 22h. was 40C, so no Klima not imagine it!! Landlady is super feminine, very nice, helpful ... We arrived in 10hod.ráno and immediately accommodated us, we did not have to wait until the afternoon. Right at the apartment is a bakery, which is great, do not have to go far and baked non-stop. To the sea to walk through the underpass, which is also immediately at the apartment and then going the way of the hill, way back in the heat of a bit worse, even if you go for it three times a day back and forth. And in the evening, because we had a small child with her, pulling carriage uphill husband was a KO ... But the hills in Croatia are common, so with that we counted, at least one has a little movement ... On Makarska really lives, we were in August and a lot of people. Evening activities great, same bar and restaurant. For children roundabouts, trampolines, playground, lots of souvenir shops. Amazing vacation for us as accommodation and everything else, so that all who are hesitating, I highly recommend it!! We are definitely going back!!

This accommodation is better than pictures even show. Everything is brand new. Our bed was very comfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but it definitely made a difference to have a flat screen TV, fridge and kettle in the room. One night only (due to us arriving earlier than the day we booked) we stayed at the studio room. It was very specious and little kitchenette had everything you could need. It is needless to say, this property was clean spotless. All in all, rooms were excellent. Location is also good. It is only about 200 m from the beach, but still quiet enough so we were able to sleep in if we wanted to. This property is on the main road, and our room was facing the main road, however, it wasn’t too noisy. One thing I was sold on was definitely free and secured parking. We had a rental vehicle and didn’t feel comfortable just leaving it anywhere, so it was very mind calming to know that we had a secure spot just under our balcony. The only negative about the location is that is about 25 min walk from the main strip. It was not a big deal during the day, however, if you like going out at night and staying up late, it is quite a bit of up hill walk to get home. After a few drinks, it was not a pleasant walk. So far, everything I mentioned was positive, but our host takes the prize. This young woman, Ivana, was amazing and THE MOST accommodating host we could have asked for. First, as I mentioned already, we arrived to Makarska a day prior than originally planned and so we didn’t have accommodations booked for that day. We only called Ivana around 11 am of the day of our arrival and asked if we can get our room a day early. As our room was occupied, she offered to us a studio, which was little bigger and higher in price, for one night for the same price as the room, and in the morning we would move to the room we originally booked. No questions asked, she accepted us in, and we were at the Villa Dubrovnik by 2:00 pm that day. Further more to our change of plans, we decided to leave a day early, and Ivana was ok with that too, and she didn’t charge us for that day. As we were traveling for couple of weeks already through Croatia, and we still had another week before going home, we needed to wash our laundry. We asked Ivana if she knew of any laundry rooms in Makarska, but instead, she offered to do our laundry for us. When we came back from the beach our laundry was done, and she didn’t charge at all.
