Apartments Anita & Zlatko - Podstrana - Split region

After a year, we visited Podstrana again to the wonderful owners! We have made friends that we will be very happy to return to. The owners are very friendly, always helpful and very richly hospitable! The apartments are clean, everything you need is available. The beach is shaded by a massive pine tree or you can lie in direct sunlight on a quiet, clean beach. There is a bar a few meters away, where you can have a meal or refreshments, including ice cream. Tommy and Studenacami shops are also nearby. We warmly recommend it to everyone for an active and relaxing holiday!

Holidays in this place were perfect. I have been going to Croatia for 20 years, but this place is perfect for a peaceful holiday. The beach right in front of the apartments, everyone has their own sunbeds, in the apartments everything was needed, the terraces very spacious and facing the sea. There is still plenty of space on the beach. We have not yet experienced such friendliness and care of our pets in Croatia. All the reviews that are here are true. We will definitely be back here again.

Absolutely wonderful holiday, which began with excellent hospitality from the owners Anita and Peter. They are absolutely amazing, their whole family, whom we met every day, took perfect care of us and made our stay more pleasant with various delicacies at every moment. I read a lot of positive reviews about their accommodation and it's all true. The proof is our next reservation for next year. The background of the apartment was in perfect order, we did not miss anything, Peter made sure that everything worked and the outside was clean. The bedrooms are oriented towards the sea with access to the terrace, from which there is a wonderful view of the sea and the beach, which is directly in front of the apartment. Amazing peace of sleep, we rested. There is WiFi, outdoor grill and a covered seating area under a large pine tree, under which the tarpaulin is stretched, so nothing falls on you and the cars are just as well covered, nicely in the shade. Borovice provides shelter from the sun and on the beach, where there is also a seating area for guests and the opportunity to split sunbeds (free sunbeds, each apartment has its own) on a raised concrete slab, great. The beach itself directly in front of the apartment has a breakwater on each side and a gradual entry into the sea, no hedgehogs, very fine pebbles at the beginning, then sand. The beach is spacious, we never crumpled. There is an outdoor shower. About 50 meters is the restaurant Marinac, 10 meters cafe and ice cream, shops Studenac, also a few minutes walk. In the sea, almost opposite was located inflatable Aquapark, pure joy. From this holiday we have not only a lot of beautiful experiences, but also new friends. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday. We spent a beautiful 2 weeks here. If you want to relax, this is exactly the place. Very nice and attentive host. Sunbeds for each apartment on the beach, where you can be in direct sunlight or in the shade of a massive pine tree. There are also tables in the shade of the pine tree, which you can use at any time. Beautiful well-kept clean apartments. Absolutely nothing was missing in the apartment. Of course there is a change of bed linen or towels, if you say so. Regular attention from the home in the form of home-made spirits, coffee or sweets for children. Whenever homes are available, they will help. On the beach there is activities for children - (inflatable track with obstacles). TO a short walk from the apartments is a playground, football field. The cars are hidden in the shade under a pine tree. Shop, restaurant, ice cream is a short walk from the apartments. For us the perfect place to relax. We will be very happy to return!

It was GREAT for us. The best grades go to very pleasant and accommodating hosts. The apartment was complete, well equipped, beds very comfortable, spacious, with great views of the beach and the sea. The facility is right on the beach which is very nice and clean. The location is great. We also had a car parking space. This was an extremely nice holiday for us, which we will definitely repeat. We are looking forward to our return and I greet the hosts from the bottom of my heart.

It was important to us that we always had good parking for our car because we often went on trips, from this location everything is close. I never understood that one can still vacation in that even place until I came here. The owners are amazing, nice, almost like family. Pebble beach, about 10 meters from the house, ie in a swimsuit everywhere. In the vicinity there is a cafe with ice cream, grocery stores, a bakery, but you can go shopping with the car anywhere. I definitely recommend this accommodation. We returned home the day before yesterday, but we are already looking forward to next year. Thank you and greetings.

Lovely owners ... we were able to taste local drinks and taste local delicacies, a wonderful place ... 15 meters from the sea, sun loungers ... and a beautiful pine tree which for those who cannot or do not want to sunbathe gives plenty of shade ... for me the best of our vacation. This year's holiday at Anita and Zlatka was one of our best holidays in Croatia. The owners are very nice, nice and helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a refreshing drink. Their homemade liqueur was delicious. The apartments are nice, clean and contain everything one needs for a holiday. The beach, which is always clean, is located a few steps from the house, there are sunbeds and tables where you can enjoy afternoon coffee. A cafe and a shop can be found close to the apartment. We were very surprised and at the same time pleased by a tray full of grilled delicacies from Mr. Eda. We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone and at the same time thank you for a pleasant holiday. We will definitely be back again.

Thanks to Anita, Zlatko and her hospitable family we had the most beautiful family vacation in Croatia so far! Special gestures for which we are very grateful were a welcome dinner and a basket of home-grown fruit and vegetables. Any questions and requests were received at any time, even in the search for a rental boat Anita helped us and made us many contacts. All this just exceeded our expectations. On request, was even again Cooked for us and our friends (of course, for a reasonable fee). Our apartment was perfectly fine and the sea view balcony was beautiful. The location right on the beach was perfect. Overall, everything was really highly recommended! At this point I would like to say hello to Edo (Anita's father) who has always been in a good mood and has excellent homemade schnapps to offer!

We were here for 12 days and everything was great. For our 3 and 6-year-olds, it was ideal because a pebble beach with deck chairs was right next to the house. We spent most of the day there. The home is very kind and hospitable. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped, food within 5 minutes walking along the beach. We were very satisfied with both the equipment and the loving ones and the accommodation characteristics. The great advantage is sea view, as well as a balcony with parasol, air-conditioned accommodation, proximity to the sea (5m), own deckchairs directly on the beach, sea without (hedgehogs) and entry into the sea was ensured by small pebbles. We are definitely planning to return next year we strongly recommend.

We spent two weeks in the Karamani apartment, and we can only praise. Location excellent, the apartments are almost directly on the beach. Another plus was the large terrace and sun loungers on the beach that belonged to the apartment. However, we were most pleased and pleasant to stay, behavior and home access. They created for us a very pleasant home atmosphere. They were very willing and loving ... they even confused our first days of money for a good odds at Splite. We can only recommend.

We spent the perfect holiday in Podstrana, comfortable accommodation, with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Beach straight in front of the house, equipped with deck chairs, which is a luxury for a vacation with 2 small children. The home is very kind and hospitable. We are very happy with the holiday, I will be happy to return in the future. The only deficiency was that the stay was so fast and we had to return home.

We were accommodated in the 2 + 2 room with our own bathroom. Room and bathroom nice and pleasantly furnished. We shared the kitchen with the home. We have found this accommodation over the internet and everything is exactly the way it is shown on the ad. House and yard are very neat and maintained. The hosts are extremely kind, communicative, always ready to explain and talk about what you are interested in. After a few days of stay, you feel at home! The apartment we were in was a neat, clean, large terrace with a breathtaking view of the island of Brac as well as the sea, just a few steps from the yard. The apartments also feature free deck chairs on the beach, as well as desks where you can sit and enjoy the shade of large wood. My sister discovered this place a couple of years ago and it was wonderful! My family and I, we’ve been coming here for four years now and have never been disappointed in the level of comfort, the amazing location, and all the amenities. Not to mention the warm hospitality of the hosts who are super friendly. They know the area well after living there for many years. Their recommendations for sightseeing, eating out and ferry schedules were very helpful. They did an impeccable job of making us feel welcome and taken care of. The beach which is about 30 seconds away from your room has the best view with astounding sunrises. The photos really do not do this place justice; it is even better in reality. I loved the setting, the view and the privacy. Having a latte each morning at the beach in the shade of a giant pine tree was a special treat for my husband and me. What a spot! Little bit of paradise! Book a stay here, you won't be disappointed!
