Hello honored travelers, It will be my pleasure to host you in our Apartment consisting of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and terrace of total surface area of 120 m2. Decoration and design solution of the apartment was created by the owner of the painter and graphic artist Mladen Milotić. The apartment can be accommodated in each bedroom for two persons (double bed 200 x 160 cm), and in the living room two more persons, altogether six persons. The apartment is located near the bus station - 300 m, the Amphitheater is away - 1. 100 m, from the center 1. 600 m, from the coast - 900 m, Train station 1. 400 m, from Airport - 5. 000 m, Gas stations 400 m, from Bank 150 m. Mladen Milotić, born in Pula, completed elementary and secondary education in Pula, painting, sculpture and graphic arts since 1970. To date, he has held 94 solo and 328 group exhibitions at home and abroad. Since 1977 he is a member of HDLU Rijeka, and since 1987 he is a member of HDLU Istra. He has won a number of awards (48) for painting, graphics and sculpture. There are also a number of (39) art colonies and symposiums. Since 1995, I have my own exhibition gallery in which there are about 1,500 paintings, graphics and sculptures of 150 authors from Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Italy, Germany and Poland.
