Payment and terms
The amount of the advance payment is 30% of the total price, and the payment is stopped upon arrival at the apartment, when registering in the e-visitor system. The time of entering the apartment is after 2 pm, the time of leaving the apartment is until 9:30 am. In the case of a stay of up to 3 days in the apartment, the cleaning of the apartment is additionally charged.

Cancellation policy
Dear guests, you are welcome to our apartment even in these strange times and circumstances. We have adapted our cancellation policy to the situation, so now you can cancel your reservation 7 days before arrival and we will return the advance payment. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, we will not refund the advance payment. These conditions are valid until the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus is declared over.
