Dear guest, thank you very much for visiting our page. I am glad you show interest for our apartments. Our holiday house is situated 5 meters from the sea (first row to the sea). We can offer you 2 beautiful apartments for your vacation which are RENEWED this year (new big fridge, LCD TV, microwave, toaster, coffe machine, kettle - new pictures soon) with beautiful SEAVIEW. There is big and nice BARBECUE in the garden with dinning table. In front of house, there is beautiful sandy beach really nice for swimming, playing in the sea and sunbathe. Beach is also suitable for little children because it has shallow part. We have big garden, nice grill, outside shower and you can use it at any time free of charge. You can get sunchairs free of charge also. Our house is situated at quiet place, surrounded by natural landscape (trees). Few hundred meters from our house you can find market, bakery, some restaurants, bars.

Payment and terms
When you decide to make reservation, we kindly ask you to pay 30% of the total amount in advance. Arrivals: after 3 p.m. departures before 10 a.m. (July/August on Saturdays) Privlaka is an excellent starting points for excursions. Zadar and Nin (oldest Croatian king city) are just 15 minutes far by car. Croatian National parks: Krka waterfalls and Paklenica are just 1 hour far away by car. Every day touristic excursions to National park Kornati isles are organized by boat from Zadar and Nin. Airport Zadar which is connected with more than 20 cities by Ryan-air is only 20 km away from our apartments. In May and September we organize transfer from airport and back for free. If you have a boat and want to come to holidays with your boat we have a berth in front of our house. So you can keep it on eye all the time. Also, there is a space for your trailer in the courtyard. Privlaka is a charming fishing-village with about 3000 inhabitants in the vicinity of Zadar, more exactly between Nin and Vir. You can relax and enjoy your vacation in the calm bay where Privlaka is situated. 1,5 km away there is a big holiday resort „Zaton“ with a lot of content for tourists (a dozen of restaurants, bars, amusement park, a lot of sport courts, teen's club and kid's club). There is also one of the biggest disco clubs in area – Saturnus

Beautiful house, nice garden, private beach wow.

Quiet surrounding, nice private garden with big barbecue, small towns nearby. Beach with even sand! Own parking place. Agent towns with many shops and restaurant. Sun always shine. Friendly hosts! This is holiday! We visiting this place last 9 years.
