Availability in peak season (July / August) is limited to stays of one or more weeks, and arrivals and departures in this period are available only on Saturdays, with the possible exception of Sundays, by prior arrangement. Price includes tax, flat rate Internet connection and parking space for one car in a guarded parking lot, so no additional costs in relation to the listed price. To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total, and the remainder to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.

If you would like to offer you a parking spot in the city guarded parking lot (about 200m away) during the entire stay, no extra charge. Also very close to the apartment (about 80m) and is unguarded but free parking.
